Calming Your Hormones

Hormonal changes happen to us all and it is during these times that we may notice that we are more emotionally sensitive, our minds are chatty and filled with thoughts of conflict, and we can also feel physical discomfort.

It is possible for us to use these occasions of hormonal fluctuation to undo the ego in our minds and experience healing. In this podcast, I share about how an increased self-awareness can help us with undoing the ego and rising above the emotional overwhelm which can happen during hormonal fluctuations. I also guide you through a calming meditation where you declare your innocence and envision Spirit's healing white light fill and surround your body.
