ACIM Chat - Chapter 2, Sections 1, 2 & 3

Welcome to the replay of the most recent ACIM Chat where we covered the beginning of Chapter Two of the text of the Course - The Separation and the Atonement.

Beginning with Section 1: The Origins of Separation, where we reviewed how you believe you separated from your Source resulting in a mind committed to the thought system of fear.

Section 2: The Atonement as Defense; Here we learn about the Atonement Principle which is the one solution to the ego's nonsensical thought system.

Section 3: The Altar of God - Here we get an elaboration on the Atonement and how our acceptance of It is wonderfully inevitable.

There is much relief brought to us in this beginning sections of chapter two as we learn there is salvation from the suffering associated with the ego mind and associating with the ego as our identity. We are reminded that Spiritual Vision is always possible and can bring us awareness of the ultimate solution that we never left our loving Source.
