This chapter highlights the importance of acknowledging our inherent innocence which is part of acknowledging the Atonement that we never left our Source.

Remember, it is the guilt in our mind which is an effect of thinking we left God, and is why we suffer in any way. If you want to heal from suffering (the origin of which is always in your mind) then you must begin to accept the Atonement and acknowledge you are innocent.
